One of the major pieces of feedback I’ve ever gotten in my career so far relates to managing my composure. I remember what day it was, where I was sitting, the tone of voice on the other end of the phone delivering it. It impacted me greatly. In today’s episode I talk about getting to know fellow coworkers - The fine line between expressing vulnerability, but also expressing your true authentic self in a professional work setting.
Woah, a doozy right? I think you’ll find it interesting. This morning while listening to my teacher, Gabby Bernstein I heard this, “The world needs to see leaders vulnerable.” Hit me like a ton of bricks, and I couldn’t agree more.
